Cameron Stemler is a multimedia artist creating unique and imaginative works inspired by forms from nature and speculative fiction. Growing up in a small town in Ohio, he started making art as a child, painting animals and landscapes while also taking an interest in science and history.

Cameron discovered his love for sculpture while studying at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he apprenticed under sculptors Jonathan Quick and Cynthia Cetlin. He went on to pursue art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where he specialized in glass and metal artwork. Learning from artists like Pearl Dick and Carolyn Ottmers, he was able to refine his techniques and develop his own unique style.

While living in Chicago, Cameron put his technical expertise to work in the community. He instructed and assisted in glasswork production at Firebird Glass Studio, as well as  casting metals and assisting in art production for private collectors, artists and designers at West Supply Foundry, Finest Casting, Berco Jewelry and other local jewelry designers. At the same time, he maintained a vibrant studio practice, adding to his universe creatures and creative imaginations. In 2024 he began a silver jewelry collection, applying his unique art style to his experience casting jewelry for others. He has a vast catalog of artworks, including glass and metal sculptures, as well as neon pieces, jewelry and paintings that he has created over the years. He instructs, and exhibits and sells his art around the country, with a focus on his most recent home state of Colorado.
